AROMAS AND
DESCRIPTION
The Pinot Noir, an aristocratic international vineyard, has a strongly sensual and complex charm and is considered to be the forefather of all Pinots.
This particular Prosecco has a bright cherry-reddish pink color with very elegant copper glares. On the nose, the white flowers scents that are typical of Glera and the notes of violets and raspberry carried by the Pinot Noir stand out. To the taste it’s smooth but it also offers freshness and sapidity, which are present but well integrated with a good retro olfactory persistence.

SPECIAL FEATURES
AND COMBINATIONS
The special features of this Prosecco are two: the accurate picking on the steep slopes of Trentino, where the best mountain vineyards of Pinot Noir flourish, and the vinification and sparkling process area in Valdobbiadene. These two important factors give a new product, with surprising secrets to discover during the tasting. The Piave Bianca bottle shape makes this rosè prosecco the only one of the whole line, which is also charming to look at thanks to the direct contrast on the logo.
Perfect pairing as an aperitif, delicious for the whole meal, especially with fish-based dishes, pleasant with white meat and cheese, it also matches well with desserts.
