Its position between the sea and the Pre-Alps ensures a mild climate, with an average temperature during the year of 12.3 ° C and constant breezes, which allow the grapes to dry quickly after it has rained. The balance between sun and rain and a clear thermal excursion between day and night, makes it one of the most particular and interesting wine production areas in the world.
With an average height of 450 Mt. s.l.m. and very steep hills have always forced man to face a rigorous manual harvest, made respecting traditional techniques and using modern technologies, to guarantee the expectations of a qualitatively authentic product.
It can be appreciated on fish and vegetables appetizers, also elaborated, first with seafood and baked fish dishes or, as it is used in the production area, for the complete meal.
